Showing off the proper tool for the job, Jamie displays his giant shmancake flipper - used expressly for the world famous (no lie) sourdough pancakes of jHoS - Jamie's House O'Shmancakes. The impressed guess is Jerome, who flew in from Paris for the express purpose of dining on shmancakes, cheesy eggs, cheesy grits, and Champagne at jHoS.
